・After application, we are unable to provide refunds for ticket fees in the event of customer-initiated cancellations. ※In the event of cancellation due to weather conditions, disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the full ticket price.

・This event includes official photography of Undiscovered Gems of Japan. The publicity photos and videos of Undiscovered Gems of Japan will be published and used on social media and other platforms. Additionally, media coverage may take place. Please kindly understand in advance.

 

・For children, we will prepare seats just like for adults. There is no discount for children. (Please ensure that accompanying children observe quietly under the responsibility of their accompanying adult.)

・The travel expenses and accommodation costs to the venue are not included. Participants will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the Singapore venue.​​

・申込後、お客様都合によるキャンセルの場合チケット代金の返金は致しかねます。 ※天候や災害などの事態によりイベントが中止になった場合、チケット代金は全額返金いたします。

 

・本イベントには、にっぽんの宝物公式撮影が入ります。にっぽんの宝物の広報写真・動画として公開/SNS等に利用させていただきます。また、メディアによる撮影が入る場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

 

・お子様は、大人の方と同様にお席を準備いたします。お子様向けの割引はございません。（同席者の責任において、静かに観覧いただきますようお願いいたします。）

​・会場までの渡航費や宿泊費は含まれていません。シンガポール会場での現地集合、現地解散となります。
